Platinum

We will assist with all aspects of the planning process. This is for the couple that already has a lot on their plate, and needs someone to make their dreams a reality.
Includes everything in White Gold and Silver Packages, along with:

• Full Service planning and coordination of your event to fit in a predetermined budget creating the event of your dreams

• Creation of a vision board based on our discussion of your style and preferences
• Unlimited meetings
• Unlimited phone and email support

• Vendor recommendations

• Unlimited vendor meetings
• Vendor contract negotiation, reservation of services & confirmation 2 weeks before event

• Track payments & manage budget

• Attend vendor meetings

• Manage Guest List & RSVPs

• Create room layouts
• Wedding Day timeline construction
• Rehearsal coordination (1.5 hours allotted)

• Arrange Rehearsal Dinner Location if needed
• Full Wedding Day coordination and set-up as needed

• Oversee vendor load out and cleanup

•Assistant if needed

Fee: 15% of predetermined budget-starting at $2000.00

White Gold

For the couple that wants to plan the wedding themselves but wants guidance and help along the way.

This package includes:

5 planning/check-in meetings

• 2 Vendor meetings

• Unlimited phone and email support

• Vendor recommendations and confirmations

• Room Layouts

•Meeting at Venue 1 month before event to finalize schedule and layout.

•Wedding Day timeline construction
• Rehearsal coordination (1.5 hours allotted)
• Full Wedding Day coordination

•Distribute final wedding payments (sealed envelopes with who they go to written on outside)

•Full use of Emergency Kit

•Serve as main point of contact for vendors

•Distribute send off items to guests (bubbles, sparklers, rice, birdseed, etc.)

•Assist with set-up/tear-down

•Load all personal items and gifts in designated vehicle

 

Fee: $800.00

For events with over 200 guests, an additional assistant will be required at an additional $250.00

Silver (Day-of)

For couples who want to handle all details including vendor confirmations and schedule development, but need someone to oversee the rehearsal and wedding day.
Includes:
• 2 meetings
• 10 phone calls, unlimited emails

• Wedding Day timeline construction
• Rehearsal coordination (1.5 hours allotted)
• Full Wedding Day coordination

•Distribute final wedding payments (sealed envelopes with who they go to written on outside)

•Full use of Emergency Kit

•Serve as main point of contact for vendors

•Distribute send off items to guests (bubbles, sparklers, rice, birdseed, etc.)

•Assist with set-up/tear-down

•Load all personal items and gifts in designated vehicle

Fee: $500.00

For events with over 200 guests, an additional assistant will be required at an additional $250.00
